We, as citizens of the United States of America, are approaching an era of "Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death." It has come down to one thing: when and where do you draw that line in the sand and take that stand. Government is a necessary evil, must be kept under control and reminded from time to time that they are not sovereign, but that they are ruled by the people.
This country was founded as a REPUBLIC, where personal rights and property cannot be taken away. The American Revolution was about property and the rights of the people.
You have rights guaranteed to you by the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and along with those rights comes responsibility. We learned that in 1803 the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in the case of "Marbury v Madison" that if a law is against the United States Constitution, the law is invalid. Where have we gone wrong in the past 200 years?
I would advise everyone to make themselves aware of Michael Badnarik and take his constituion class. Michael's web site is
